• Spring Edition (March, April, May) Deadline for ad’s is the lst week of February

• Summer Edition (June, July, August) Deadline for ad’s is the lst week of May

• Fall Edition (September, October, November) Deadline for ad’s is lst week of August

• Winter Edition (December, January, February) Deadline for ad’s is 1st week of November

All articles need to be in Microsoft Word and must be e-mailed.

We can handle ad copy in several ways.  We can design an ad copy for you or you can send us a completed ad copy. All Photos and graphics need to be sent in CMYK color, 300 DPI and a PDF format. Please embed all fonts or send us your font via e-mail.
